Review: After wearing the watch for a few days, and then at least every other couple of days thereafter you should never have to do anyhting to your watch on a regular basis other than maybe adjust for daylight savings time. The technology, seemingly delicate, does not appear to have problems with even significant shock forces. Usually if if it sounds to good to be true it probably is....so far this watch appears to be an exception to this rule.
