Review: I like Dell. I have always liked Dell since my first PC (after MacIntosh) was a Dell Dimension PII 266. That machine is still running and has been my main machine (I have several) until recently. I will continue to use it for something useful. Dells perform well, are built very well, are easy to service, and are backed by pretty decent phone support if you need that. The product in this review is a Poweredge 1400SC server - I have two of these machines. Why? 'Cuz I am a computer professional and use them to learn. Bought both on Ebay and am very pleased. I recommend Dell to anybody that asks me "What kind of computer should I buy?" Why buy a generic white box from some local builder when you can get a well made, well supported Dell for the same or probably less.
Pluses: I have no complaints. Minuses: I have no complaints.
Suggestions: Lower fan noise. Suggestions: It is everything I wanted it to be.
